After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands.
OUR MISSION & ViSION
VISION:
To see all the Ethiopian youths mobilized for missions.
MISSION:
We as a youth mission movement exist to equip youths for God’s global mission, through developing missionary vision, small-group based discipleship and self-supporting missionary work.
As it is clearly stated in the definition, we, as a mobilizer movement, are majorly expected to do the four foundations of mobilization i.e. inspiring, educating, motivating, and activating. So in order to undertake those basic elements of our calling, our mission statement encompasses three ministering mechanisms that display the very reason for the existence of the movement.

MISSIONARY VISION
Our first step to mobilize youths for missions is to inspire them by casting the vision. They have to grasp the vision and line up with their life. In order to INSPIRE and MOTIVATE youths for this global missionary vision, we are currently using MISSION CONFERENCES. And to EDUCATE youths who are inspired by the conference, we give TRAININGS and also to MOTIVATE those youths in God’s global harvest we’re providing SHORT TERM EXPOSURE MISSION TRIPS & VISIT PROGRAMS. And by partnering with local churches, mission organizations and community based organizations, we’re trying to activate those youths for God’s global purpose.

Small GROUP DiCIPLESHIP
To see perfectly mobilized youths, we need to emphasize on discipling youths as Christ gave us on his great commission. We strongly believe that the ultimate goal of ‘THE GREAT COMMISSION’ is MAKING DISCIPLES. And we also believe that, the best strategy for making disciples is SMALL GROUP MINISTRY. We’re forming different contextual small-groups with local churches. And we are inviting youths to those groups. These small groups are a means to mobilize Christians by educating them for the harvest. Our primary focus is on building Godly relationships between youths and our programs are designed to build this Family among the youths. We’re majorly doing three activities on the small groups: Bible study about God and his glory to be known among the nations, Kingdom focused Prayer. Practical life of discipleship.

SELF-SUPPORTING MISSION
In order to mobilize many more missionaries with the right holistic preparation and also in order to make the movement sustainable, we believe that it should not be FULLY dependent on any outside support. We are always open and excited to work with Christ-like peoples who have pure passion for God and his glory to be known among the nations. And on the long-term we’re praying and planning to build strong financial source for the movement. Everyone should know that Money is not our motivational factor to serve in the kingdom by mobilizing the church. But also we need strong financial sources to mobilize the body of Christ rapidly. By using of this strategy, we’re trying to do professional mission mobilization & majorly Business As Mission (BAM).
God created humanity for a purpose of fellowship and intimacy. Though the enemy tried to destroy His purpose, God redeemed this family and reconciled to himself through Christ. And Jesus gave us a ministry of reconciliation and told us that, when we receive the power of the Holy Spirit, we’ll be his witnesses to the ends of the earth. The church received a promise and a command to go. Everyone in the church received this call of working with God and becoming his Ambassador. Many fathers paid the price and brought this gospel to this generation and we are in charge of accelerating the movement. We as a mobilizer movement are sounding a rallying cry for the body of Christ to respond for the fulfillment of The Great Commission. We highly encourage every- one to contribute to advancing the fulfillment of the Great Commission.
“THE SPIRIT OF CHRIST IS THE SPIRIT OF MISSIONS.
THE NEARER WE GET TO HIM, THE MORE INTENSELY MISSIONARY WE BECOME!”
Henry Martyn
In the book of Mark, there is a man, who is paralytic for unknown years but the bible tells us how this man gets forgiven and healed. These four men, friends of the paralytic helped him to reach into Jesus. They heard the news that Jesus has returned to Capernaum and they bring the paralytic to Jesus carried with his bed.

We do have a great need for your support as we continually train, mobilize , and send youth missionaries to the most remote places. We are also building a youth mission training center in the heart of Ethiopia, Addis Ababa. We do really appreciate your gifts. You can choose one of the options to give.
